- All sales are final and non-refundable

- We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or technical issues including Zoom outages, internet failures, or system downtime
- Training schedules may be adjusted if necessary
User Responsibilities & Conduct
- Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, or bullying
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertising
- Recording, copying, or redistributing class content without permission
Intellectual Property
- All training materials, content, and resources are the property of Alexis Freight Dispatch Training
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written consent
Account & Access
- We reserve the right to remove or deny access to any student who violates our policies
- No refunds will be issued if access is terminated due to misconduct
Limitation of Liability
- Alexis Freight Dispatch Training is not responsible for any business outcomes, profits, losses, or results from applying the training
